Dear family and friends,
The last two days have been a bit of a struggle for me. The chemo zaps your energy like I have never experienced before. Just getting off the couch seems like an olympic undertaking. The weakness is very discouraging, and it allows the nightmares and negative thoughts to prevail. So once again I turn to scripture to get me through.
Psalm 4:8 I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone oh Lord make me dwell in safety.
Psalm 3:5 I lie down and sleep. I wake again, because the Lord sustains me.
Sleep does not come easily during a crisis. The Peace and rest comes when we trust that He is still in control of these circumstances. Since I can not change this situation, I choose to rest in Him.
Thank you again to all of you who are praying us through this difficult time.
Mary and the Vogrinc family zzzzzzzz
Our prayers are always with you, Brian, and your entire family. Get plenty of rest and accept what Jesus sends us, let his will work on us. With all our love.

You are what saints are made of
You are so wonderful and such a blessing to all of us
We are all praying, keep up this good fight
We all love you so much
"This soul [you,Mary], who is pleasing to God, is being crucified by numerous sufferings, but I am not at all surprised, for this is how God treats those He especially loves. Yet it never ends here, God always redeems and transforms these sufferings into a greater good - into a resurrection and miracle!"
You are an inspiration to me and so many others.
